THE APPROACH
The Phenomena Of methodology blends energy-work techniques, art making, mindfulness, and embodiment practices.
Starting with SourcePoint Therapy, a profound energy work modality that will orient you toward health and potential, we layer on and integrate creativity-harnessing therapies as a practical yet transcendent tool for healing and personal evolution.
FOUNDATION & MODALITIES
-
SourcePoint Therapy is a simple, non-invasive method of energy work designed to enhance and expand whatever you are doing at the physical level to support your health. Founders Bob Schrei and Donna Thomson developed the approach over a period of 10 years beginning in 1995. They have been teaching it internationally since 2005.
The approach focuses on the inherent health in each individual with simple practices that connect us with the Blueprint of health for the human being, that fundamental Order, Balance, Harmony and Flow present in the universal energy field and in our bodies and minds. Working with points and pattern in the energy field, SourcePoint provides specific methods for awakening that energy in ourselves. Working with energy to release blockages in the body, we facilitate the work of the Blueprint.

BodyTalk techniques offer insights into the areas of your body that require attention. What may appear to be the most obvious problem to you might not be the priority for your body's healing.
This is the unique aspect of BodyTalk. It honors the body's own needs and identifies its priorities for healing. Using a range of non-invasive techniques, BodyTalk practitioners then redirect your body's natural healing responses to enhance communication within the body.
Just as the body heals a wound through a specific sequence of biochemical, physical, and energetic responses, it also follows a particular order in all healing processes. This principle is crucial in the BodyTalk balancing process, which aims to enhance the body's ability to heal itself as efficiently as possible.A BodyTalk Practitioner relies on the body's innate wisdom to identify weakened or broken lines of communication and determine how to reconnect them. The practitioner discovers the correct sequence for restoring these connections. This is achieved using neuromuscular biofeedback, allowing the practitioner to ask the body yes-or-no questions and receive direct answers about the order in which to re-establish communication lines.

BreakThrough offers a gentle and insightful approach that connects you with the healing potential of conflict. Differing significantly from traditional conflict resolution, BreakThrough guides you deeper to address conflicts below the surface level and facilitate profound healing. Central to this method is the concept of self-forgiveness, which underpins all BreakThrough techniques. The foundation of BreakThrough is the belief that living authentically and naturally is our birthright. But deep-rooted, unconscious beliefs about our identity can distort our experience of life. These beliefs don’t need to be eradicated but rather illuminated to diminish their influence over us. BreakThrough techniques are meticulously designed to initiate and support this transformative process.
